Customer Reviews
Nice curtains, slight shipping delay
I purchased a set of prairie curtains and some matching throw pillows. The quality of the curtains is really good for the price; they hang nicely and the fabric feels substantial. The pillows are a good size and match well. My only minor issue was with the shipping. It took a little longer than I expected, about eight days, even though the tracking initially said five. Nothing major, just a bit of a wait. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about it, so that was good. Overall, I'm happy with the items, just wish shipping was a touch faster.
Got new kitchen textiles
I needed some new dish towels and an apron, so I checked out The Fox Decor. Everything arrived pretty quickly, and the quality of the fabric is nice, not super thin or anything. The designs are cute, very country-style, which is what I wanted. They washed well too, didn't shrink or fade. It was an easy order, no fuss, and now my kitchen looks a bit fresher. I'm happy with how it turned out.
Nice accent rug
Got an accent rug for my entryway. It's a jute rug, feels durable. Shipping was standard, arrived when expected. Looks good, fits the space. Happy with the purchase.
Good quilt, fast shipping
I ordered a Star Pattern Quilt. It arrived quickly, within a few days. The quilt itself is nice, looks good on the bed. Happy with the purchase overall.
Jute rug and valances
I bought a large oval jute rug for my dining room and two checkered valances for the kitchen. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. Shipping was pretty fast; everything arrived in about five days, well-packaged too. The rug laid flat quickly, which was a relief. Valances look good, the material feels durable. I had a question about cleaning the jute rug, so I used their contact form and got a helpful reply the next day. Good experience from start to finish, I'd say.
Absolutely gorgeous quilt!
I just received my new primitive quilt and it's even more beautiful in person! The colors are so rich and the stitching is perfect. It looks amazing on my bed and really pulls my whole bedroom together. I'm so glad I found The Fox Decor; I'll definitely be shopping here again for more items for my home, and I've already told my sister about it!
Detailed review of my first order
I decided to try The Fox Decor for some new window treatments for my kitchen, specifically the checkered curtains and a coordinating valance. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I needed easily. Delivery took about a week, which was within their stated timeframe. When they arrived, the curtains felt substantial, not flimsy at all, and the pattern was exactly as pictured online. I had a quick question about hanging them, so I used their online chat feature. The customer service rep was helpful and polite, answering my question promptly. The curtains hang nicely and really give my kitchen that country feel I was going for. I'm also considering their braided chair pads next time. It was a positive experience all around, and I appreciate the quality for the price.
Good quality, quick delivery
I ordered a rectangular braided rug and some matching braided coasters. The rug itself is good quality, feels sturdy, and looks nice in my living room. Shipping was pretty fast, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a pleasant surprise. My only minor complaint is that the product photo on the website made the color look slightly darker than it actually is, but it still works with my decor. Overall, a solid purchase and good value.
